Quick Palak aur Aloo ki sabji | spinach and potato recipe

Quick Palak aur Aloo ki sabji is very very tasty. Palak (spinach) is a leafy green vegetable and it is considered as very healthy. So today I am sharing a recipe using this healthy vegetable.

We need:

Palak (spinach) – 100 gm

Potato – 1 medium size (Peel and chop into small pieces)

Onion – 2 medium size (finely chopped)

Tomato – 1 big (finely chopped)

Crushed ginger & garlic – 2 tsp

Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp (or as per your taste)

Green chilli – 2 no (finely chopped)

Salt as per your taste

Oil – 3 tbsp

Method:

Friends lets’ make this quick palak aur aloo ki sabji. To make this recipe first heat a pan, add oil into it. After oil becomes heat add cumin seeds and green chili. Fry for 10 seconds then add chopped onion and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Then add crushed ginger and garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. After that add chopped tomato and mix it for 2-3 minutes or till tomato becomes a little soft. Then add chopped potato, turmeric powder red chili powder and salt. Here we mix all the ingredients very well and cook the potato for 3-4 minutes on low flame by covering the lid of the pan.

When potato becomes cooked nicely add chopped palak and mix all the ingredients very well. Now cook the palak by covering the lid. Cook this for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
