Scrambled Egg

Here I am presenting Scrambled Egg recipe with all my viewers with a very easy method of cooking. Here I am using very few ingredients but result will be just awesome.

Ingredients

Egg – 4 no

Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)

Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tsp

Tomato – 1 no (finely chopped)

Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Salt as per taste

Kitchen king masala – 1 tsp

(If you don’t have kitchen king masala then add mutton masala/chicken masala/curry powder)

Oil – 2 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

Method

Scrambled Egg is a quick recipe so without wasting time let start the recipe. First heat a pan on the gas, add oil to it. After oil becomes heat add mustard seeds, and green chilli. After that add finely chopped onions and fry until it light brown in colour in medium heat. Now add ginger & garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. After that add tomato & salt and again fry all these for 2- 3 minutes or till tomato becomes soft. After tomato becomes soft add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and give it a nice mix. When masala is completely done or oil leaves the sides of the pan, break the egg and add to the masala.Now fry the egg with masala by continuously stirring it. Fry the eggs for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. When egg becomes completely dry then it was done. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients very well.
