Quick and easy potato fry

Potato Fry : Quick & Easy and very very tasty recipe by mChef. This is a crispy fry recipe specially for evening hunger. This recipe is made with very few ingredients. Kids always love this fry. This is not good for health but occasionally have this recipe is fine. This is good to take with any type of sauce as per your choice. I specially like to have this recipe with both tomato sauce and chilli sauce. It tastes really very good. So without wasting any time let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients:-

Potato – 1 big size

Besan – 4 tbsp       

Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Chicken masala – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Salt – to taste

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Oil for deep frying

Method:-

First wash and peel the potato and cut into small pieces as it shown in the picture. Take a bowl add potatoes, besan, chilli powder, chicken masala, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves. Now add a little water for mixing it nicely. Now mix all the ingredients very nicely. Don’t keep it for resting, mix it and immediately fry them.

Now heat a pan for frying the potatoes, add enough oil and let it becomes heat, after oil becomes heat fry the potatoes in 2-3 batches. Fry until it becomes golden brawn in colour in medium flame. Keep in mind that gas should be in medium to high flame. After frying the potatoes nicely remove them from oil and keep them in a tissue paper. Now our crispy potato fry is ready to eat, immediately serve this delicious crispy potatoes with hot and sweet sauce, green chutney or any type of dips according to your choice. Paneer Curry

Today I am going to show you the easiest process of paneer curry and the ingredients which I am going to use here are easily available in the market. There is also a lot of health benefits of paneer. So lets start this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Paneer 250 gm (cut in to cubes)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder  – 1/2 tsp (Kashmiri  red chilli)
  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
  • Masala powder – 2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

For masala

  • Charmagaj – 5 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 medium size (chopped without seeds)
  • Green chilli – 1 (or according to your taste)
  • Jeera – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinamon stick – 1 small piece
  • Bay leaf – 1 small no.
  • Chopped ginger – 1 tsp

Method

When are going to cook paneer curry first we have to lightly fry the paneer cubes. Take all the masala which are listed under “For masala”, put them into a blender jar make a fine paste of it.

Put the pan on gas (on low flame), add oil (don’t let the oil heat), add red chilli powder and immediately add the masala paste, now put the gas on medium flame and mix the masala. Add turmeric to it mix well. Fry the masala till oil leave the sides. Now add masala powder, salt and fry for 1-2 minutes. When the masala is done add 2 cup of water give it a boil, now add the fried paneer , mix it well, cook it for 2 minutes. Finally add kasuri methi and garam masala to it then mix it well. Garnish the paneer curry with coriander leaf and serve with paratha or naan.

Almond Banana Smoothie

Almond Banana Smoothie is very very healthy and tasty. Kids surely love this tasty and healthy drink.

Ingredients:-

1 banana (chopped)

5 soaked and chopped almond

1/2 cup milk or as required for bending

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp honey

2 ice cubes

Method:-

For making the almond banana smoothie first we have to add all the ingredients into a blender jar and then blend it until smooth.

Pour into a glass, garnish with chopped almonds and banana and enjoy.

This smoothie is very tasty and healthy. in this recipe we use almond which is one of the healthiest dry fruits. It contains fiber, protein and vitamin E. The health benefits of almond include lower blood sugar level, reduce blood pressure and lower cholesterol level.
