Egg Masala Gravy

Egg Masala Gravy is the easiest recipe ever and the egg lovers must find this recipe as delicious. This recipe is really going to be very tasty and delicious and the process is also interesting. This recipe is good to serve with roti but you can have this according to your choice. So lets start this recipe.

Ingredients

Boiled egg – 8 no

Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped)

Capsicum – 1 medium (finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 inch (finely chopped)

Garlic – 6-8 (finely chopped)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Tomato – 2 medium (finely chopped)

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Tomato sauce – 1 tsp

Chicken masala – 1 tsp

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp or as per your taste

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Salt as per your taste

Oil – 3 tbsp

Method

Cooking process of Egg Masala Gravy is very interesting. For making this recipe first peel the boiled eggs and cut them into small pieces like shown in the picture.

Now heat a pan, add oil to it, when oil becomes heat add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli and fry for 30 seconds on high flame by continuously steering it. After that add finely chopped onion and capsicum and fry all the ingredients for 2 minutes then add soya sauce and again fry for 1 minute. After that add finely chopped tomatoes and salt and mix them very well. Fry the tomato in medium to high flame till it becomes softer.

After tomato becomes soft add tomato sauce, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chicken masala and fry all the ingredients very well. Fry the masala till oil leaves the sides of the pan. When masala is completely done add chopped boiled eggs and mix it with masala very well. After that add 1 cup of water to it and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. So, when the gravy becomes thicker add garam masala and coriander leaves, mix well and switch off the gas. Finally the egg masala gravy is ready.

But if you don’t like juice in this recipe then don’t add water. Fry the eggs with masala for 2-3 minutes after that add coriander leaves and garam masala and switch off the gas. Finally our Egg Masala is ready to serve.
